Sourcing and Factory Certification مصادر ومصنع الشهاده

Paneltek will not purchase any product from a factory which has not undergone the proper due diligence exercise. Paneltek لن شراء أي منتج من المصنع الذى لم يمر السليم لممارسة العنايه الواجبه. Due diligence exercise involves 3 steps: ينطوي على ممارسة العنايه الواجبه 3 خطوات :

Step 1: الخطوة 1 :
A factory visit by the sourcing manager. مصنع الزيارة التي قام بها مدير الإمداد. The sourcing manager fills up a Factory Evaluation form and rates the factory visited. مصادر مدير مصنع حتى تملأ استماره تقييم معدلات وزار المصنع. The visit must be done with the factory Production Manager and/pr the Managing Director. الزيارة يجب أن يتم مع المصنع ومدير إنتاج / مدير العلاقات العامة. The sourcing manager than decides if the factory should be recommended for the next step. مصادر من يقرر اذا كان مدير المصنع ينبغي اوصت لاتخاذ الخطوة التالية.

Step 2: الخطوة 2 :
A factory visit by Directors from the headoffice together with the Sourcing Manager is arranged. الزيارة التي قام بها الى مصنع المديرين من headoffice جنبا الى جنب مع مصادر مدير مرتبة. A Factory Evaluation Report is issued following this visit. مصنع تقييم التقرير الذي صدر عقب هذه الزيارة. Areas critical to the report: المناطق الحرجه الى التقرير :
- Factory name, address and contact person. -- مصنع الاسم والعنوان والشخص الذي يمكن الاتصال به.
- Factory details: number of employees, shareholding, size area, year of extablishment and markets currently exporting to. -- مصنع التفاصيل : عدد العاملين ، وأسهم ، وحجم المنطقة ، والسنة من extablishment والمصدرة الى الاسواق في الوقت الراهن.
- Production: Capacity (containers/month), Quality Processes, Machinery, Lacquering line, Packing line and other processes critical to production. -- الإنتاج : القدرة (حاويات / الشهر) ، والعمليات النوعيه ، والآلات ، والدهن الخط ، خط التعبءه وغيرها من العمليات الحرجه الى الانتاج.
- Mangement: Who are they, policy on claims and complaints, lead times and payment terms. -- Mangement : من هم الذين ، على سياسة المطالبات والشكاوى ، والمهل الزمنية وشروط الدفع.

Step 3: الخطوة 3 :
A list of recommendations may be forwarded to the factory. قائمة التوصيات التي قد ترسل الى المصنع. The factory may be approved as a quality supplier and kept in database for immediate or future purchases. المصنع قد تكون الموافقة عليها باعتبارها المورد نوعية وأبقى في قاعدة بيانات فورية لشراء او المستقبل.

Customer's may now require an evaluation using the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) Base Code. العميل قد تحتاج الآن الى اجراء تقييم باستخدام مبادره التجارة الاخلاقيه (ETI) قاعدة المدونه. The ETI Base Code will be done when required and with customer's personnel. فان ETI قاعدة المدونه وسيتم ذلك عند الاقتضاء مع العملاء والموظفين.
